This year’s silent auction begins on April 3, 2017 at 12:00pm and will END on April 29th, 2017 at 7:30pm at our Semi-Formal Banquet featuring Keynote Speaker Laura Story.  For tickets to the banquet click here.  You do not need to be present to win, but please note some items are labeled “pick up only” and cannot be shipped.

Silent Auction – 2017

Official Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is: Kaleb Kares, Inc.

2. The silent auction is open to residents of the United States of America aged 18 years or over.

A bid is construed as a legal agreement to purchase the listed lot(s) at the amount indicated. All bidders must be 18 years of age or above. The auction bid entry form will serve as prima facie evidence of the terms of the sale. Any modification of entry form immediately invalidates an auction item.

3. To enter this auction, bidders register with Bidding Owl as bidders, and must submit their highest bid for each individual item on the site.  To place a silent auction bid, type your name and all information requested in the place bid entry form.  You should receive an email once bid has been placed confirming bid was received.

4. By entering this auction, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5.  All lots (items) are sold on an “as-is” basis and without warranties.

6. The value listed is only an estimate of the appraisal value.

7. Multiple entries will be accepted per person.

8. Closing date for entry will be at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 29, 2017.  After this date and time, then no further entries to the auction will be permitted.

9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

10. The rules of the auction and how to enter are as follows:

– Bidders must submit their highest bid via entry on our auction website:

– The highest bidder on each item wins.

– To redeem their item, each winner must donate the sum of their winning bid to the Kaleb Kares donation page or in person via cash/check at the April 29th Banquet event.  Winning bidders may pay by cash, check, or money order – made payable to “Kaleb Kares, Inc.” on the day of the silent auction, or by cash, check, PayPal, money order, credit, debit, or check cards by April 29, 2017.

11. Each item will only be redeemed once the donation is made.

12. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the auction and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw any of the lots listed for sale or cancel any sale arising from error, modification, or dispute.  Any changes to the auction will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

 13. The items are as stated on our auction page and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.  The items are not transferable. Items are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any item with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

14. Winners will be verified by the Promoter (Kaleb Kares, Inc.).

15. The winners will be announced on April 29th at our annual banquet held at Lake Receptions in Mount Dora, FL or notified via email on the closing date if not present at the event. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the lot within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the lot from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

16. The promoter will notify each winner on how the item can be collected / redeemed.  Shipping fees apply to all items and will be added if items need to be shipped.

17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the auction will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. By entering this auction, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

20. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current auctions and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

23. You are providing your information to Kaleb Kares, Inc. and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at

24. Kaleb Kares, Inc. decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the auction will be entered into.

25. Kaleb Kares, Inc. shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions; such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

26. Kaleb Kares, Inc. also reserves the right to cancel the auction if circumstances arise outside of its control.

27. Bidding is only allowed for supporters of our organization.  We reserve the right to delete bids from bidders that are not a part of our community or not supportive of our organization.
